TEMELSİZ BİNANIN ÇATIRTILARI
"Adalet mülkün temelidir" sözünün mahkeme duvarlarında soğuk bir levha gibi asılı kaldığı, temelin sarsıldığı değil, tamamen yok edildiği bir dönemden geçiyoruz. Bir kule işçisi bilir ki; somunu eksik sıkılan, emniyeti ihmal edilen her yapı yıkılmaya mahkûmdur. Bugün toplum olarak, masum bir genç kızın hayatı üzerine kurulan o "temelsiz binanın" altında can çekişiyoruz. Gülistan Doku meselesi, sadece bir kayıp vakası değil; bir sistemin, bir idari yapının ve bir vicdanın toplu halde enkaza dönüş hikâyesidir.
ALÇAKLIĞIN SALTANATI VE DEVLET ZIRHI
Alçaklık babadan oğula geçer mi? Görülüyor ki, ahlaksızlık sadece miras kalmıyor, makamın gücüyle zırhlanıyor. Saf ve temiz bir genç kızı hamile bırakıp, ardından bu "lekeyi" temizlemek için ölümü reva gören zihniyet, gücünü hukuktan değil, babasının gölgesinden alıyor. Bir valinin, bir emniyet teşkilatının ve bir hastane yönetiminin; gencecik bir kadının son nefesini örtbas etmek için bir suç ortaklığına girişmesi, liyakatin yerini sadakate bıraktığının en acı ispatıdır.
Delil olan bir telefonun Ankara’da gizli ellerce silinmesi, baraj kapaklarının hayali senaryolarla açılıp kapatılması, kamera kayıtlarının "başhekim" eliyle buharlaştırılması... Bu manzaralar, bir ülkenin idarecilerinin çöküşü bilerek ve isteyerek izlediğinin kanıtıdır. Tom Barrack gibi isimler çıkıp "yumuşak monarşiye dönün" derken, bu zulme sessiz kalan siyasiler, aslında o temelsiz binanın yıkılışına sessizce onay vermektedir. Masum bir kadına el kalkmaz, hele ki karnında bir can taşıyorsa ölüm ona asla yakışmaz. Peki, o cenini ve anasını hangi karanlık vicdan, hangi baraj sularına gömmüştür?

Güç, bugün sadece iktidarın devamlılığı ve suçluların muhafazası için bir aygıt olarak kullanılıyor olabilir. Cesedin yeri gizlenerek, "kanıt yok" denilerek dava dosyaları kapatılabilir. Does baseness pass from father to son? It seems that immorality is not only inherited, but also armored by the power of position. The mentality that impregnates an innocent young girl and then deems death acceptable to cleanse this "stain" derives its power not from the law, but from the shadow of its father. The complicity of a governor, a police force, and a hospital administration in covering up the last breath of a young woman is the most painful proof that loyalty has replaced merit. The deletion of a phone call, evidence, by hidden hands in Ankara; the opening and closing of dam gates based on imaginary scenarios; the evaporation of camera recordings by the "chief physician"... These scenes are proof that the rulers of a country are knowingly and willingly watching its downfall. While figures like Tom Barrack call for a "soft monarchy," politicians who remain silent in the face of this cruelty are, in fact, silently approving the collapse of that foundationless structure. One should not raise a hand against an innocent woman, especially one carrying a life in her womb; death is absolutely unacceptable for her. Power may today be used only as a tool for the continuation of power and the protection of criminals. Case files may be closed by concealing the location of the body and claiming "no evidence." But let it not be forgotten that history will record not those who swept away the truth with the dam waters, but those who cried out the truth at the bottom of those waters. The wretchedness of a governor, the decay of a system, has stained this land with such a dark mark that no "soft monarchy" or political maneuver will be able to erase it. As long as the banner of justice does not return to the conscience of the tower worker who trembles for fear that his friend's nose will not bleed, this building will continue to be a tomb for all of us.

Wird Niedertracht vom Vater auf den Sohn vererbt? Es scheint, als werde Unmoral nicht nur vererbt, sondern auch durch Machtpositionen geschützt. Die Mentalität, die ein unschuldiges junges Mädchen schwängert und dann den Tod als akzeptable Maßnahme zur Tilgung dieses „Schandflecks“ betrachtet, bezieht ihre Macht nicht aus dem Gesetz, sondern aus dem Schatten ihres Vaters. Die Komplizenschaft eines Gouverneurs, der Polizei und der Krankenhausleitung bei der Vertuschung des letzten Atemzugs einer jungen Frau ist der schmerzlichste Beweis dafür, dass Loyalität über Leistung gestellt wurde. Die Löschung eines Telefongesprächs, eines Beweismittels, durch unbekannte Hände in Ankara; das Öffnen und Schließen von Staudammtoren aufgrund erfundener Szenarien; das Verschwindenlassen von Kameraaufnahmen durch den „Chefarzt“ … Diese Szenen beweisen, dass die Machthaber eines Landes wissentlich und willentlich dessen Untergang beobachten. Während Figuren wie Tom Barrack eine „sanfte Monarchie“ fordern, billigen Politiker, die angesichts dieser Grausamkeit schweigen, stillschweigend den Zusammenbruch dieses haltlosen Gebildes. Man sollte keine Hand gegen eine unschuldige Frau erheben, insbesondere nicht gegen eine, die ein Leben in ihrem Leib trägt; der Tod ist für sie absolut inakzeptabel. Welches finstere Gewissen begrub jenen Fötus und seine Mutter in welchem Stausee? Dieser dunkle Fleck wird niemals verschwinden.
Macht mag heute nur noch als Mittel zum Machterhalt und zum Schutz von Kriminellen missbraucht werden. Fälle werden geschlossen, indem der Fundort der Leiche verschwiegen und „keine Beweise“ behauptet werden. Doch vergessen wir nicht, dass die Geschichte nicht jene verzeichnen wird, die die Wahrheit mit den Wassern des Stausees fortspülten, sondern jene, die am Grund dieser Fluten die Wahrheit herausschrien. Die Verkommenheit eines Herrschers, der Verfall eines Systems haben dieses Land mit einem so dunklen Makel befleckt, dass keine „sanfte Monarchie“ und kein politisches Manöver ihn auslöschen können. Solange das Banner der Gerechtigkeit nicht in das Gewissen des Turmarbeiters zurückkehrt, der vor Angst zittert, dass die Nase seines Freundes nicht bluten wird, bleibt dieses Gebäude ein Grab für uns alle.

Nous traversons une période où l'adage « La justice est le fondement de la propriété » est affiché comme une plaque froide sur les murs du tribunal, une période où les fondations sont non seulement ébranlées, mais complètement détruites. Tout bâtisseur de tour sait que toute structure dont les écrous sont mal serrés et la sécurité négligée est vouée à l'effondrement. Aujourd'hui, en tant que société, nous luttons pour survivre sous cet « édifice sans fondations », bâti sur la vie d'une jeune fille innocente. L'affaire Gülistan Doku n'est pas qu'une simple disparition ; c'est l'histoire d'un système, d'une structure administrative et d'une conscience collectivement réduits en ruines. La bassesse se transmet-elle de père en fils ? Il semble que l'immoralité ne soit pas seulement héréditaire, mais aussi protégée par le pouvoir. La mentalité qui met enceinte une jeune fille innocente et qui, ensuite, juge la mort acceptable pour laver cette « souillure », tire sa force non de la loi, mais de l'ombre de son père. La complicité d'un gouverneur, des forces de police et de l'administration hospitalière dans la dissimulation du dernier souffle d'une jeune femme est la preuve la plus douloureuse que la loyauté a remplacé le mérite. La suppression d'un appel téléphonique, preuve à l'appui, par des mains occultes à Ankara ; l'ouverture et la fermeture des vannes d'un barrage au gré de scénarios imaginaires ; la disparition des enregistrements vidéo par le « médecin-chef »… Ces scènes prouvent que les dirigeants d'un pays assistent sciemment et volontairement à sa chute. Tandis que des personnalités comme Tom Barrack prônent une « monarchie douce », les politiciens qui gardent le silence face à cette cruauté approuvent, en réalité, tacitement, l'effondrement de cet édifice sans fondement. On ne devrait pas lever la main sur une femme innocente, surtout lorsqu'elle porte la vie en elle ; la mort est absolument inacceptable pour elle. Alors, quelle conscience obscure a enterré ce fœtus et sa mère dans les eaux de ce barrage ? Cette tache indélébile ne s'effacera jamais.
Aujourd'hui, le pouvoir ne sert qu'à perpétuer le pouvoir et à protéger les criminels. On peut classer des affaires en dissimulant l'emplacement du corps et en prétextant « absence de preuves ». Mais n'oublions pas que l'histoire retiendra non pas ceux qui ont emporté la vérité avec les eaux du barrage, mais ceux qui l'ont criée au fond de ces eaux. La misère d'un gouverneur, la décadence d'un système, ont marqué cette terre d'une tache si sombre qu'aucune « monarchie douce » ni manœuvre politique ne pourra l'effacer. Tant que l'étendard de la justice ne reviendra pas à la conscience de l'ouvrier de la tour qui tremble de peur que le nez de son ami ne saigne, cet édifice restera un tombeau pour nous tous.
